Oliver Wendell Holmes High School is a public high school that is part of the Northside Independent School District in San Antonio, Texas. It is the parent school for the magnet school Northside School of Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. During 2022–2023, Holmes High School had an enrollment of 2,561 students and a student to teacher ratio of 15.79.
